Where our previous firm felt too cumbersome, cut off our entrepreneurial spirit, and operated more like a bank, Stifel has been quite the opposite. Stifel has a flat structure, with direct access to our CIO, management, and senior leadership. If we want to co-sponsor an event, we can turn something like that around in a matter of weeks, where at other firms, it would be a hassle. Everyone here is continually finding new ways to say yes rather than thinking of reasons to say no.

The transition to Stifel was very smooth, both from a client and branch-level standpoint. I was also surprised by the ease of getting things taken care of – even something as simple as a technical issue.
